Hoteliers have always had a problem in sourcing a quality presentation for their bedroom beverage service, both in terms of equipment and ingredients. As part of our strategy to provide a complete beverage solution to hotels we launched "Service en Chambre" in 2005. The idea behind Service en Chambre was to put quality ingredients in branded packaging and to supply these and designer equipment in a highly presentable leather box. The ingredient section of the box is removable for easy refilling by housekeeping staff.

 | The original Service en Chambre is elegantly presented in a leather bound flip-top box, embossed with its name in gold lettering. Open the box and your guests are faced with a neat selection of beverages and utensils to give them a perfect cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Central to the concept is our unique “Cafetière Coffee in a Bag”. This provides guests with freshly brewed, portion controlled coffee in the room without the mess of coffee grounds. A new ‘petite’ Service en Chambre is now available in a smaller mahogany box where space is at a premium. Included with both original and ‘petite’ versions is a 1ltr stainless steel kettle. Two porcelain mugs with the Service en Chambre name discreetly picked out in black lettering are provided, plus, two teaspoons and a stainless steel milk jug, or space for milk and creamer jiggers, if preferred. There are also compartments in the boxes for tea bags, tea infusions, instant coffee, biscuits, hot chocolate and sugar sachets. Naturally we supply all the ingredients. The teabag range includes English Breakfast, Earl Grey and Darjeeling. The infusions are Chamomile, Peppermint, Pineapple and Honey, Cranberry and Jasmine.
